Position Summary
This position is responsible for making sure we have the required client contracts and ABIIC policies in place to be able to perform the jurisdictional inspections for our clients.They also work alongside the Quoting Specialist and Business Development teams in sending quotes out to the clients.This position acts as a liaison between client and internal legal department on contract terms.
Responsibilities:
- Be a liaison for contract term negotiations between clients and contracts department.
- Process new, renewal and additional quote letters and send to clients.
- Track new and deleted locations for reconciling accounts.
- Initiate spreadsheet for accounts that reconcile at end of term.
- Process client acceptances using Acceptance Checklist.
- Process client cancellations using Cancellation Checklist.
- Send invoice, policy and NABO Newsletter to client.
- Answer client questions on small accounts that would be handled by Account Manager on larger accounts (i.e. what is ABIIC policy, why is it needed, locations included, etc.).
- GRC Prop Log input of monthly quote activity.
- Other projects as requested.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
- 3-5 Years of experience in a corporate environment

- Extremely detailed oriented.
- Ability to provide accurate data.
- Clear verbal and written communications.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including, Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and use internal software.
- Ability to handle fast paced environment with multiple priorities and constantly changing workload
