Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Intern at IT ExchangeNet. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including communication, market research, inbound sales support, marketing strategy development, and customer service. The role is primarily located in Cleveland, OH, with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
- Operate LinkedIn account, including pitching, creating, and scheduling content
- Pitch, create, launch, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms and events
- Analyze metrics and reform strategies accordingly
- Design brand materials
- Distribution of monthly newsletter and email campaigns
- Maintain and update website
- Perform audits, analysis, and research across the IT space
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Knowledge of sales and customer service principles
- Familiarity with marketing strategy development
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and HubSpot
- Experience with digital marketing tools (ex. LinkedIn Ad Manager)
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
