We are seeking candidates with Graphic Design and Social Media Marketing experience for a customer in Copley.
In this position, your primary responsibility is to maintain all information on social media platforms, website, print material and a quarterly newsletter.
Shift:
- 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
Pay:
- $23.00-$24.00/hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all social media platforms are in compliance with the company’s Social Media Guidelines maintaining the website as the official location for content regarding business, services and events
- Review the social media platforms on a consistent and routine basis to ensure they are updated and information is posted in a timely manner with comments consistently monitored
- Consider all opportunities for new social media platforms as they arise; verify compatibility with company’s network through IT Department; present information for approval and, once approved, establish an account
- Promote company’s presence on social media platforms through press releases, quarterly newsletter and printed material
- Measure the performance of social media networking using website analytics, tracking the number of followers and subscribers to the platforms, polls, surveys, etc.
- Conduct bi-annual audits of social media platforms to determine their return on investment
- Remove inappropriate content determined to be in violation of one or more of the standards enumerated in the Social Media Guidelines
- Review and add content to individual departments’ social media platforms
- Maintain an archive of all information posted to the site consistent with the Record Retention Schedule
- Create quarterly Township newsletter
- Provide support for IT Department as needed
- Provide support for Administrative Staff as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Computer proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, In-Design Products, Adobe Products
- Proficiency in all social media platforms
- High school diploma or GED, 2 or 4 year technical or marketing degree preferred.
- Certification in Graphic Design preferred
- Ability to obtain NIMS Certification (training will be provided).
