We are currently looking for a Social Media/Engagement Coordinator to join our team at our Warren, MI headquarters, with a primary focus on enhancing the online presence of multiple privately owned organizations. Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
- Schedule and post content strategically on various social media channels to amplify brand visibility and foster engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends and social media platform changes to implement the latest features and best practices
- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track performance and recommend strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information and insights for effective content creation
- Align internal communication and social media strategies with company goals by collaborating closely with Human Resources Management
- Contribute to the planning and execution of internal company events
- Assist in organizing charity events, contributing to corporate social responsibilities initiatives
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to deadlines for content creating, event planning, and internal communication initiatives
- Contribute to the development and distribution of a company newsletter to keep employees informed and engaged
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in utilizing Canva, Squarespace, Adobe Creative Suite, to enhance campaign effectiveness and analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
