Position Summary: The Marketing and Communications Manager is a strategic thinker who will work directly with the Global Lead of Marketing Communications to oversee day-to-day marketing and communications initiatives. This role collaborates closely with the Content team to manage departmental responsibilities while supporting Membership, Experience Architecture, and Events teams, contributing to the overall success of the company. The Specifics: External Communications & PR Work with the Global Lead and Content Team to develop and execute a global PR and communications strategy Organize weekly touch base meetings with local PR firms, track results, and follow up on next steps Develop and maintain relationships with relevant media contacts to secure press coverage Draft press releases, media advisories, and talking points for club milestones and announcements Monitor press coverage and create comprehensive reports for leadership Internal Communications Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing/Communications and other internal departments Create and distribute internal communications regarding marketing initiatives, campaigns, and club updates Develop internal reporting mechanisms to keep key stakeholders informed about marketing metrics Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration on major initiatives and 20th anniversary celebrations Maintain a centralized repository of marketing materials, brand assets, and communication templates Member Communications Spearhead the distribution and cadence of all CORE: communications to members, including emails, messaging, Agenda, and other member interactions Ensure consistent and effective communication that reflects CORE:'s brand identity and engages members Develop targeted communication strategies for different member segments Oversee the creation and distribution of the member newsletter Manage crisis communications when needed, in coordination with the Global Lead Programming Vetting & Management Develop and implement a structured vetting process for all potential programming and events Evaluate proposed programs against established criteria including brand alignment, member interest, exclusivity, and ROI Create briefing documents for approved programs to ensure seamless execution and handover to Events team Support programming efforts for Marketing and Content teams, including Cultural Programming and Partnership-driven activations Track and analyze programming performance metrics to inform future decisions Outreach & Community Engagement Design and execute outreach strategies to engage with the broader luxury community Identify and cultivate relationships with cultural institutions, thought leaders, and industry influencers Represent CORE: at relevant industry events and functions Develop strategies to leverage the 20th anniversary milestone for increased visibility and engagement Create mechanisms to gather and incorporate member feedback into future programming Partnership Management Work with Content Team to help execute strategy for partnerships and collaborations (CORE: Collective) Develop and maintain partnership decks and materials for potential collaborators Manage the Partner Club network and work with CORE: Experience team to monitor usage Track and identify key opportunities for membership team through partnerships Ensure partner activations align with CORE:'s brand values and member expectations Strategy & Analytics Maintain and execute the full Communication Strategy across all channels Evaluate the success of communication campaigns and their impact on member engagement and satisfaction Track member retention rates and gather feedback to ensure satisfaction with CORE:'s offerings Measure attendance and engagement with events and programming to gauge member interest Track the number and quality of partnerships established with luxury and high-profile brands Create regular reports on all marketing and communications KPIs for leadership Ideal Attributes: Relentless curiosity Resourcefulness Resilience Experience and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in marketing/communications, preferably in luxury hospitality or private clubs Demonstrated experience managing complex communication strategies Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multi-faceted and cross-departmental initiatives Exceptional organizational skills & ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of luxury brand voice Excellence in interpersonal communication with both internal teams and high-net-worth individuals Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge a strong plus) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
