Digital Content Coordinator - Systems and Tools

As the Digital Content Coordinator focused on systems and tools, you will be responsible for updating, organizing, and maintaining digital content across our platforms. Your work ensures our digital platforms and content are current, accessible, and aligned with our mission. By collaborating closely with various departments, you play a crucial role in ensuring digital content accuracy, accessibility, and consistency with our brand and mission.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Build and maintain workflows within systems including JotForm (forms/surveys), Builder.io (CMS), and Iterable (newsletters).
- Create, coordinate, and execute approved content distribution across digital channels.
- Manage email newsletter templates for multiple brands and package content elements for scheduled distribution.
- Regularly update and maintain digital content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of digital systems and tools.
- Maintain digital content libraries and archives, ensuring proper organization and metadata tagging.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks for broken links, content errors, and display issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Optimize Content Delivery: Enhance content for SEO, user engagement, and accessibility across all digital platforms.
- Help manage content calendars based on established guidelines.
- Actively participates in RMPM's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training program. Uses key standards and teachings of DEI training in day-to-day work.
- Other tasks as assigned and/or required.
Minimum Qualifications Of Position
- 1-2 years of experience in content management, website management/maintenance, or digital operations.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like Builder.io, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with content creation software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Experience with workflow management tools preferred (Monday.com).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Environment
This position works primarily in office, studio, editing, and/or field environments. This position must be able to work a flexible schedule with occasionally long hours including some evenings and weekends. Must be able to travel throughout the state and beyond, on occasion. Salary: $51000 - $56000 per year
