Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for designing workflow, cadence, implementation, and execution of marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of Aesthetics Biomedical’s products and services with goal of conveying our brand value proposition, messaging, brand value, and drivinig physician and consumer enagagment. He or she is also responsible for strategy, data analysis/reporting, and fully integrated B2B and where appropriate B2C efforts. The Marketing Manager has a heavy emphasis on day to day execution of marketing initatives and projects across across various channels. He or she will lead the development and execution of marketing programs from start to finish after conception, driving collaboration internally and externally.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out marketing activities, structures, outlines, and business processes for strategy, execution, data analysis/reporting, and ultimately success of fully integrated, B2B and B2C marketing effort in support of driving revenue through sales, brand awareness, and market share for Aesthetics Biomedical® Inc. and its brands.
- Assist in developing key cross-functional teams, strategizing around all aspects of marketing including KOLs/influencers/brand ambassadors, media/PR, demand planning, on the overall brand strategy while managing top management requests and the day-to-day business needs
- Oversees the Ambassador Program, working closely with the Sales Team to ensure KOL assistance in driving market awareness that stimulate sales
- Act as content Editor-in-Chief to ensure consistency in language, design, and effectiveness of all materials, media and communications. Ensures the ABM Direct (formerly Vivace® Direct), ABM Newsletter and Blog are published with relevant information to assist practices and increase brand awareness and product value.
- Work cross-functionally with other leaders and teams to ensure brand collaboration and consistency, setting goals and objectives to deliver a fully integrated approach to marketing efforts
- Help practice development to develop marketing projects that will engage Practices and drive customer activity in acquiring treatments
- Drive implementation and excellence with key partners to create campaigns that inspire customers, proactively ensuring that ideas are well resourced against internal and external partners
- Assist, oversee, and ensure execution of live events and digital events. Plan, develop, and work with the team to produce creative, high-quality and cost-effective marketing/sales events for brands.
- Contribute to the growth and engagement of our B2B digital marketing campaign operations and partnerships.
· Manage campaign implementation and timelines. Responsible for leading the workflow of project deliverables.
· Brainstorms and helps carries out targeted campaign ideas with team.
· Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Monitoring the company's brand and formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each campaign.
· Develop and maintain companies digital footprint. Ensure continuity between marketing print and digital assets.
· Work in collaboration with regulatory to ensure marketing materials and assets are withing our FDA 510K indicuation for use and ensure regulatory approval prior to publication of external facing marketing assets.
· Produce graphics, presentation, proposals, and other marketing materials, as needed to support sales activities.
· Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, consumer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
· Assists VP for Sales and Marketing with projects to ensure workflow and cadence is balanced.

Qualifications
· A degree in Communication Marketing (or working toward a degree
in Communication or Marketing) or a related field.
· Experience developing social media strategies and execution.
· Aesthetics, medical, or sales industry experience strongly preferred.
· Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
· Exemplary planning, workflow and time management skills.
· Experience working with and developing marketing plans, intitaives, framework.
· Strong computer skills using Adobe Suites, Microsoft Office and ClickUp. Understanding of graphic design principles.
· Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
· Fundamental knowledge of the importance of data and analytics.

Working Conditions
Working in a startup company that requires the ability to be professional, understanding and confidential within all divisions. Travel may be required.
