Vivid Racing is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team of enthusiasts. As a retail distributor for aftermarket performance vehicle parts, we have a diverse clientele of customers. Everything from exotic cars, JDM, European, and Domestic, as well as trucks and jeep. We need a very proficient and experience person to work with our Klaviyo program to engage past and present customers through all available tools. Based in Gilbert, Arizona, we have been in business since 2001. Are website has over 2.5 million products and growing to target our diverse demographic of customers.
Responsibilities
- Curate and manage our Email Newsletter System based out of Klaviyo. This includes:
- Setting up customer journeys
- Creating weekly newsletters to the master and segmented audiences
- Analyzing and enhancing post purchase flows
- Continuous improvement of Abandoned Cart Series
- Be aware of KPIs to ensure your creative efforts are driving results in the right way
Requirements
- Highly proficient in Klaviyo or another email content system
- Great written communication skills
- Very experienced with Photoshop or other Graphic Design Software
- Able to understand sales and data reports to drive targeted campaigns
- Understanding urgency and deadlines to accomplish the goals set
- Must be an enthusiast to be able to relate products and content to customers
