COMPENSATION: $54,911 - $65,894, Home Office grade 4

THE OPPORTUNITY
YES Prep needs a dynamic (title of role) with a robust set of experiences, to make our mission a reality. As a YES Prep employee, you will achieve jaw-dropping results, create pathways to opportunity for our students, and build transformative relationships.
To put it simply, you will play a pivotal role in connecting the best talent with opportunities to ensure that all YES Prep positions are filled according to deadlines.
THE ROLE
When you join the YES Prep team, some of the exciting work and responsibilities will include:
- Representing YES Prep internally and externally at events with goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities;
- Developing a pipeline of quality candidates and maintain contact with passive candidates and prospects that may be a match for future roles;
- Developing clear systems and procedures for data tracking, assessing progress toward goals, and making changes to ensure all goals are met;
- Managing recruitment at target university campuses and through strategic partnerships to increase the overall candidate pool for projected openings aligned to YES Prep values;
- Maintaining and nurturing talent partnerships to attract, engage, and cultivate prospective candidates to meet annual application goals;
- Creating meaningful partnerships with external stakeholders to increase applicants in high needs areas;
- Communicating regularly with the Staffing Team to get a clear view of YES’s hiring needs and organizational goals;
- Understanding the unique needs of campuses and Central Office departments to recruit qualified candidates;
- Identifying, developing, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies for key roles that result in quality talent pipelines to meet the unique needs of district growth for the present and in the future;
- Strategizing to diversify talent pools with prospective candidates for targeted talent pools, such as, but not limited to Bilingual elementary, special education, secondary English, and Secondary Math teachers;
- Leveraging social media, the talent website, the talent newsletter, and other mediums of communication to attract high caliber candidates;
- Utilizing data analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the organization related to the recruitment process;
- Facilitating and hosting recruitment events, in-person and virtually, to inform prospective candidates about the district, position requirements, and events to build a quality talent pool of candidates;
- identifying mission aligned, qualified, and passionately motivated employees;
- Maintaining good relationships with past and potential candidates;
- Additional duties as assigned.

THE MUST HAVES
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
- Minimum two years of professional experience in recruitment, development, outreach, teaching, or equivalent role
- Belief in the mission and vision of YES Prep
- Passion for connecting people with opportunities across a multitude of platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel local and surrounding areas to recruit on behalf of YES Prep
- Ability to work urgently either independently or with a group in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
- Ability to occasionally work outside of traditional work hours and weekends
- Comfortable with direct candidate outreach and navigating external partnership relationships

THE PERKS
- Compensation – This position is an exempt, salaried position; offers commensurate with experience.
- Health and Supplemental Insurance – A $0 monthly medical option that includes $600 towards a Health Savings Account, in addition to a variety of supplemental benefits including Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, etc. Employees must work 20+ hours a week to be eligible for a full spectrum of benefits, and 10 hours a week minimum for medical benefits.
