Are you an experienced Executive Assistant moving into a Chief of Staff level of responsibility? Looking for a part-time, weekday gig? We are seeking someone with exceptional organizational skills with professional polish to wrangle the creative, busy President of our digital marketing agency.
The gig is about 2 hours a weekday, to ensure we keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks. From managing inbox zero to running our annual client conference and following up with demanding clients. Ideal candidates are pedantically organized, self-managing, polished communicators who can think on their feet.
Frankly, we are a small group of great people who really care, don't take ourselves too seriously, and are grateful for the role we play in clients' ambitions.
Compensation: $35 - $40 hourly
