Job Title: Executive Assistant II
Job Location: Seattle, WA 98121
Job Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Pay Range: $26.19/hr - $28.19/hr
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management for Employee experience programming
- Assistance with event coordination, including room bookings, catering, and expense management
- Create & publish monthly newsletter content
- Event survey management and analysis
- Connections data analysis
Purpose of Need:
- Employee engagement programs and possible L8 Director support.
- Mainly Support VP team events - approx.
- 5-10 events for entire org (~1000 people), or smaller groups/programs (< 50)
Typical Day in the Role:
Daily Schedule:
- Office coordination, reserving the space, assist with ordering catering, office administration, ad hoc tasks
- Scheduling events, work across different calendars
- Working with Senior PM who manages programs and coordinates with team under VP
- Cross functional work
- Slack, Chime, Outlook communication
- Produce monthly newsletter with help from PM
- Able to communicate to leadership
Required:
- 3-4+ years industry experience in general admin, recruiting, HR, and/or EA background
- Able to communicate to leadership
- Proactive communication and organizational skills
- Calendaring experience
- MS Office, Excel
- Navigate ambiguity
- Problem solve from an admin perspective - can pivot as needed
Preferred:
- PM skills
- Event planning experience
- Able to manage multiple directors, c-level
- 4-6+ years admin experience
Degree:
- Bachelor’s - preferred, but not required
- Will consider associate's degree with equal industry experience
