The role
Your role as our Content and Events Manager is to develop, execute and promote Enrich’s virtual and in-person programming.
We run virtual workshops and in-person dinners to help senior leaders to hone their craft, start a new venture, or accelerate a career transition. We run ~10 virtual sessions a month, and ~6 dinners a quarter. These virtual sessions and in-person dinners are facilitated by executive coaches, and each have 8-10 Enrich members present. The intent of our programs is for our members to walk away with insights they can implement in their careers,
Responsibilities
- Plan our quarterly events calendar. Work directly with the founder and Enrich members to identify high-value workshop topics.
- Lead welcome calls with new members, and talk with existing members, to educate them on our offering and identify topics relevant for our workshops.
- Write compelling event descriptions, and promote our events to members and prospects — in our newsletter, our online community, and on LinkedIn.
- Draft agendas for our workshops, collaborating with our workshop facilitators to ensure success events that deliver insightful, practical knowledge and rich conversations.
- Manage and track member and prospect engagement with our events, with the goal of creating a more engaging and successful event program overtime.
- Schedule, plan and manage our member dinners in Seattle, San Francisco, and NYC.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of work experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented - you’re the friend who plans the trip and organizes the group.
- Clear communicator, with strong writing skills.
- Experience in or demonstrated familiarity with the tech industry, and an understanding of product and engineering functions
- Customer-centric and comfortable interacting with executives daily
- Comfortable with tools like Airtable, Salesforce, Slack, Notion and Whatsapp. Can self-start with new tools.
- Jack of all trades energy - we’re a small team, so everyone plays a role!

This is a full-time role, either remote in CA, WA, ND or based in San Francisco, with full benefits (health insurance, dental, unlimited PTO, etc.)
Salary range is $65K - $75K
