About The Role
Boldin is seeking a results-driven SEO & Content Specialist to lead our organic growth efforts through technical SEO, content optimization, and strategic content distribution. This role combines analytical thinking with creativity, ideal for someone who thrives on improving visibility, traffic, and engagement through well-executed SEO and content marketing.
You’ll be responsible for optimizing website performance, crafting high-ranking content, and distributing it across newsletters, social media, and video platforms. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of a company that’s changing how people manage their money.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $2,500 – $5,000/month (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO & Site Optimization
- Audit and optimize website architecture, crawlability, and indexability
- Work with developers to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals
- Manage structured data, internal linking, schema markup, and canonicalization
- Implement strategies for zero-click search and cross-platform visibility
- Analyze competitors to identify ranking and traffic opportunities
Content Development & Strategy
- Perform keyword research and develop SEO-optimized blog and landing page content
- Collaborate with writers and designers to produce high-ranking, audience-focused articles
- Write meta titles, descriptions, headers, and CTAs to improve CTR and SEO performance
- Repurpose content for various channels including newsletters, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Monitor content hierarchy and avoid keyword/content cannibalization
Newsletter & Social Distribution
- Create and publish a weekly newsletter tailored to drive insights and user engagement
- Customize content for different user personas to improve open and conversion rates
- Translate long-form content into engaging short-form content for social and video platforms
- Write compelling video scripts for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
- Work alongside designers and editors to deliver cohesive multi-platform content
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor SEO and engagement KPIs using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- A/B test content formats, headlines, and distribution methods to optimize performance
- Provide insights and reporting on traffic, ranking, and content impact
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, journalism, or related field
- Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, and Search Console
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
- Experience optimizing content for readability, engagement, and ranking
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with SEO sensibility
- Familiarity with CMS systems like WordPress and email tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
- Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative with strong project management skills
Nice to Have
- Background in fintech, financial services, or personal finance content
- Experience with programmatic SEO and Python or SQL for SEO analytics
- Understanding of AI-driven content tools and video SEO
