We are looking for an ambitious and talented Junior Marketer to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming the construction technology industry. If you have 2-5 years of experience, a knack for creating compelling digital content, and are passionate about measurable outcomes, this role is for you. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is KPI-driven, and has hands-on experience with modern marketing tools and strategies.

Responsibilities

Digital Content Creation: Develop engaging blogs, newsletter articles, and content for trade publications that align with our brand and resonate with the construction technology audience.
SEO and Analytics: Utilize tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics to optimize content, track performance, and ensure measurable results.
Social Media Management: Create and manage content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Event Planning: Assist in planning trade shows, conferences, and other industry events, including creating promotional materials and coordinating logistics.
Brochures and Print Media: Design and create impactful brochures, flyers, and other print collateral to support marketing initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Set and track marketing KPIs, analyze results, and continually refine strategies to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with some exposure to construction technology or a related industry.
Proficient in SEO concepts and tools like SEMrush or similar.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems.
Strong writing and editing skills for digital and print content.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
A self-starter with a passion for creativity and marketing innovation.
Experience with Construction tech is a plus
