Location
This position will be fully remote.
Employment Type
This is an hourly contractor position, with the hours of availability 9am–4pm ET Monday through Friday. One can expect about 15–20 hours a week to start. There is a mandatory team huddle Monday through Friday at 10am ET. We do collaborate often so ET is highly preferable.
Compensation
$20–30 per hour, depending on experience.
POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Support the acquisition and retention of long-term, quality clients through market research, prospect-inducing promotional activities, and the implementation of lead conversion systems
- Deliver on our company's brand promise and values
- Build a strong relationship with the team, clients, prospects, and industry contacts
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with CCO and/or marketing consultant to perform market research and develop the company's marketing, social media, and sales plans
- Manage and create content for company's social media accounts and other lead-generation tools, including: website, monthly newsletter, charitable stores, and design awards
- Monitor analytics related to marketing, social media, and sales plans
- Manage sales process, including: attending meetings, developing estimates, and performing routine follow-ups
- Maintain existing client relationships and CRM
- Innovate and manage client retention programs and lead-based referral programs
- Maintain company communication standards, turnaround times, deadlines, and review process

- Abreast of current marketing/social trends, tools, and strategies

REQUIRED TACTICAL SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have marketing background/experience
- Experience with social media strategy and content creation
- Openness to learning, adapting, and growing alongside our team
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Asana, Harvest, and Pipedrive is ideal
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
