As a Digital Visual Designer II, you will be instrumental in crafting visually stunning digital assets across various platforms. Your focus will be on designing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, mobile apps, social media, and other digital channels. Collaborating closely with the creative team, you'll bring concepts to life while ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
What You'll Do:
- Develop visually engaging digital assets, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, mobile apps, and social media.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design projects aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital design.
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Curate mood boards and visual references to convey proposed design concepts, utilizing imagery, typography, color palettes, and other visual elements.
- Conduct quality checks on design files to ensure accuracy and consistency before finalization.
- Organize project assets and maintain a structured file system for easy access and retrieval.
- Prepare files for handoff to production teams, ensuring appropriate formats and resolutions.
- Assist in basic production tasks, such as resizing images, preparing mockups, and creating presentation materials.
- Individual graphics and illustrations for digital content
- Infographic layouts for presenting statistics and data

What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience creating visual assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take creative direction.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
