Overview
We are seeking a strong and versatile communications professional to join the Corporate Affairs & Communications team as Manager, U.S. Consumer Services (USCS) Colleague Communications. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing communications across a range of channels to keep USCS colleagues informed of various THRIVE USCS Colleague Engagement initiatives and activities that support their career development, wellness, and diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Support the Vice President of Colleague Communications in delivering consistent, effective, creative, and impactful colleague engagement and internal communications content/programs across the USCS organization
- Execute on a comprehensive strategic colleague communications plan supporting THRIVE USCS priorities, events, and resources. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Provide compelling graphic design and exceptional writing for communications materials across various mediums such as email, intranet, Slack, etc.
- Produce and continue to enhance a variety of THRIVE communications, including a monthly newsletter, a one-page career development resource, and a dynamic THRIVE intranet on The Square
- Review all THRIVE communications and edit to ensure they are clear, reinforce key messages, and strengthen brand equity
- Create and execute on a strategy to target colleagues in different roles/band levels
- Assist with internal events as needed; help prep presenters and panelists
- Amplify THRIVE events and resources in channels such as Slack and targeted emails. Draft highlights/talking points that leaders can leverage with their teams.
- Collaborate and lead meetings with THRIVE USCS core team, Colleague Engagement Group, CA&C and THRIVE committee leads to ensure a cohesive, integrated stream of communications and share best practices.
- Lead efforts to measure the effectiveness of THRIVE activities and communications, including but not limited to post-event surveys and PoliteMail.
- Drive outcomes and results aligned with the USCS business and colleague strategy. Pivot and problem-solve to fill gaps and new areas of opportunity.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills, with demonstrated ability to tell great stories across different mediums.
- Skilled in developing digital content and graphic design expertise. Proficiency with Powerpoint, Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.
- Exceptional project management expertise, collaboration skills and proven ability to build relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent judgment and a proven track record for developing and executing programs that have driven tangible results.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications and/or corporate communications and/or related agency experience
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
