Business Operations Project Manager – (Contract)

Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a highly organized self-directed
Business Operations Project Manager with experience with business management functions to support our client’s WW team.
Project Overview
The PM will work closely with the business manager and admin team stakeholders to support the team’s internal programs and cadences. The work will include being the "right hand" person to the business manager, as they drive execution and improvements for the team’s remit.
The primary role of this Project Manager is to support the business manager and exec admin team, to support daily organization / completion of tasks assigned. This role will partner closely with the engineering teams, managers and key partners including finance and recruiting on headcount and resources management. They will be able to provide business insights and decision support through insightful reporting and analytics and will drive continuous process improvement and simplification to remove obstacles and enable teams to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Boots-on-the-ground support for the admin team locally in Redmond. Including, but not limited to space management support, onboarding and offboarding support, hardware management & morale event support.
- Support headcount operations, including tracking PCNs and reporting status. Work with all hiring managers, Admin teams, and recruiting teams to ensure vital roles are filled promptly. Manage all headcount/PCN attributes (i.e. project codes, cost center, etc.) are up to date.
- Work with Business Manager to drive Rhythm of the Business. Manage scheduling topics for several review series and cadence.
- Assist on communications including monthly Newsletter and other comm content. Solicit content, provide prioritization guidance of topics, and deliver ready to send newsletter.
- Budget tracking and reporting. Work with teams to track approved projects and budget spend including tracking Purchase Orders creation and spending. Provide actionable business insights that enable effective management and decision-making.
- Manage adhoc projects with the business operations team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business management, or operations role.
- Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, leading cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk.
- Ability to rapidly gain/build trust and confidence of stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and MS Office applications skills.
- Excellent cross-team collaboration, with proven ability to work across organizations and reporting boundaries to get things done.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see through challenges.
- Must be a self-starter and very detail oriented.
- Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple action items at once.

Education
Required Education
- A BA/BS degree in relevant field required.

Salary Range for this position: $89,000 - $99,000
