Rockerbox is looking for an
eager and
highly organized Event and Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring our brand to life through industry events, dinners, and digital engagements. This position is ideal for a junior-level marketer with 1-3 years of experience who’s ready to dive into a role with high ownership and visibility across our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Trade Show And Event Management
- Identify and coordinate trade show opportunities alongside the Head of Marketing.
- Manage all event logistics, including marketing our presence, inviting customers, coordinating orders, and briefing team members pre-event.
- Be available onsite at key events to oversee logistics and ensure a seamless experience.
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback to enhance future planning.
Field Events (Dinners/Happy Hours)
- Lead planning and execution for dinners, happy hours, and other networking events.
- Handle guest list management, invites, and all attendee logistics.
- Oversee onsite event logistics and manage all ordering and preparation.
- Collaborate with partners on co-hosted invites and event details.
Partner Marketing Support
- Manage logistics for co-marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of partnerships.
- Coordinate joint efforts such as webinar planning, newsletter swaps, and co-branded content.
Digital Event Coordination (Webinars)
- Plan and manage a webinar calendar with the Head of Marketing, aligning with CS, Sales, and Product teams on relevant topics.
- Identify and secure speakers, partners, and thought leaders for webinars.
- Oversee webinar setup, invites, live logistics, and post-event follow-up.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or a related role.
- Proven project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital event tools is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $60,000 - $70,000
