Marketing & Communications Manager (Full Time)
Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for organizational and creative tasks to standardize and promote the Integris brand through communication and marketing efforts supporting the organization. The role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to achieve organization goals through building and promoting the Integris brand and products. The position will lead and oversee the development and implementation of the comprehensive marketing strategy and goals for Integris Group. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer in our Glastonbury, CT home office.
Responsibilities
Marketing
• Assist with writing content and designing all Company marketing and business collaterals, including advertisements, brochures, and branded merchandise
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies focused on lead generation, SEO, brand awareness and achieving sales and retention objectives.
• Research and collaboratively create engaging content for various formats including advertising, website, social media, and email campaigns to promote the Integris brand.
• Create and manage the style guides and brand standards for all companies within the Integris Group.
• Organizes and executes the supporting activities including public relations, marketing, advertising, business development collateral, and policyholder communications for Integris Group.
• Coordinating the production, design and delivery for the Annual Report
General
• Conduct Market Research and analyze competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work with the team to budget, coordinate, and plan attendance at meetings and host meetings for our policyholders, agents, employees and practice managers.
• Manage the delivery of content on the company or by the company via the company website or the LinkedIn page.
Support of Company Operations
• Assisting the Management Team with Power Point presentations or any branded documents
• Draft press releases, website content, newsletter content and other communication pieces as required.
• Proficient in and a champion of the benefits, advantages, and policies and procedures of the company.
• Develop materials to promote and educate the staff on all aspects of the company.
• Monitor, manage and update website content and make changes as requested.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Property and Casualty licensure preferred.
• 5-10+ years of relevant marketing experience and/or Commercial P&C industry experience required.
• Travel possible to various locations is required (Up to 10%). Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficient at using MS Office suite of products
• Ability to engage in client-focused critical thinking and problem solving.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing an active and diverse workload
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Travel possible to various locations is required (Up to 10%). Must have reliable transportation.
Location
The Company currently follows a hybrid office/remote work schedule:
• Tuesday-Thursday – In office, Glastonbury, CT
• Monday and Friday – Option to work remotely (following completion of introductory period)
The position requires attendance at marketing events, as detailed above.
