Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team on an hourly basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing our social media presence, handling studio communications, and engaging with both clients and industry partners. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital media, has a keen eye for detail, and excels in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:
- Create, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that align with company goals and brand identity.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to improve performance and reach.
Social Media Management:
- Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and scheduling across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a community around the brand.
- Monitor and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Metricool and Meta Business Suite.
Content Creation & Studio Newsletter:
- Develop and curate content for newsletters, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Design and distribute the studio’s newsletter using Mailchimp, ensuring timely and relevant content that engages our audience.
Vendor Booth & Event Management:
- Coordinate and manage the company’s presence at trade shows, expos, and other vendor events.
- Handle logistics, setup, and breakdown of vendor booths, ensuring a professional and inviting display.
- Network with other businesses and potential clients during events to promote the studio's services.
Networking & Sales Outreach:
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, clients, and other businesses to expand the studio's reach.
- Conduct sales outreach using Pipedrive to potential clients, presenting our services and converting leads into clients.
- Attend networking events and industry functions to promote the company and identify new business opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and technologies to keep the studio's marketing strategies fresh and innovative.
- Collaborate with other team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Experience with applications like Mailchimp, Metricool, Pipedrive, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
