North & Warren is a modern media, marketing, and advertising group. We specialize in content development and distribution, marketing solutions, and direct sales through our collection of media brands and solutions.
North & Warren is looking to add a full-time Integrated Marketing Manager/Coordinator to our growing (and fully remote) team. These role will work on proposal development, marketing and content projects, account management and client support. These position will support the marketing team and brands within the N&W portfolio including, Kingdom, Full-Time Travel, Cool Material, and other N&W products. That said, the primary function of these role will be supporting our golf and lifestyle brand, Kingdom. Kingdom is a luxury lifestyle and golf magazine enjoyed by more than 2 millions readers annually through our print publication, social channels, website and events. Co-founded in 2003 by Arnold Palmer, Kingdom continues the King’s legacy with original content that celebrates the modern golf lifestyle both on and off the course.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, account management, proposal and sales support and great organization and communication skills. This role will report to the Executive Director of Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams: Strategize, create, and write proposals and media plans.
- Own Post-Sale Activation: Execute campaigns directly with clients, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead Campaign Workflow: Coordinate with Sales, Creative, Social, Newsletter, and Editorial teams to manage campaign processes.
- Analyze and Share Results: Summarize, analyze, and communicate campaign results internally and with partners; provide reporting snapshots, formal wrap reports and recommendations.
- Support Events and Activations: Assist with events, photo/video shoots, and activations, coordinating with team members and freelancers as needed.
- Assist with Signature Events and Projects: Support key events, initiatives, and special projects.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with ad products and capabilities.
- Facilitate Brainstorming and Training: Lead brainstorming sessions, team trainings, and occasional sales calls; share opportunities in bi-weekly sales meetings and monthly brand trainings.
- Follow Market Trends: Track marketplace trends, audience insights, and industry guidelines to inform program creation and support company storytelling.
- Collaborate on Proposals and Account Management: Work with Sales to develop proposals and ideas, and manage day-to-day account responsibilities for sold programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in a cross-functional marketing role
- Demonstrated experience working across various marketing functions and teams.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, PR, or a related field
- Relevant academic background supporting marketing principles and practices.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and stay organized without constant supervision.
- Expert communication skills with experience managing and working with clients
- Proven track record in client interactions, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Skilled in juggling various tasks and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, analyzing data, and developing strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable and effective in a remote work setting with minimal oversight.
- Proficient in Google Workspace products (formerly Google Workplace)
- Experienced with tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
- Skilled in creating, editing, and managing PDF documents.
- Experience with Wordpress
- Ability to publish branded and sponsored content on this platform
