Digital Director - House Republican
§ Congressman Dan Crenshaw (TX-02) is seeking a Digital Director for his D.C. office to manage and build the Congressman’s presence across social and digital platforms under the direction of the Communications Director.
§ Qualified candidates will have experience managing social media for members, candidates, or conservative causes in a fast-paced environment such as a Capitol Hill office or campaign setting.
§ Video editing skills are a must.
§ Must be a political junkie excited to contribute to a large social media platform.
§ Qualified candidates will have experience growing engagement on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
§ Qualified candidates will have experience creating and promoting digital content, including shooting video, using Graphic Design and Video Editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Canva, or other relevant software.
§ In addition, they will assist the Communications Director with other projects as required, including bookings, drafting press releases, preparing talking points, preparing for podcasts, and assisting with the weekly newsletter.
§ The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in digital communication. This is not an entry level position.
