Role Summary:
The Marketing Director will develop and oversee the systems that generate qualified leads while building the Linville Estate Law brand.

• Possess at least 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Dedicate oneself to continuous improvement to better serve our firm and clients.
• Solve problems with a relentless solution focus, being a fast learner and hard worker.
• Collaborate incredibly well with people, with a natural bias towards execution.
• Exhibit highly developed time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding clients, firm interests, and employees.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing a visionary strategy for the development and expansion of the marketing department, ensuring scalability and innovation in practices.
• Design a marketing scorecard to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Direct the paid advertising budget and channels via Google, Meta, Webinar, and any future sources.
• Participate as part of the firm’s Leadership Team.
• Institute a strategic annual calendar for all firm-wide marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and business development goals.
• Refine and evolve the marketing voice of our firm using a storytelling approach.
• Increase our local visibility and champion the reputation of our firm in the community.
• Manage and nurture our referral partner network with related business professionals.
• Develop and implement a monthly newsletter sent to our email list.
• Direct the creation of engaging content for social media pages.
• Oversee outsourced vendor relationships for certain marketing functions.
• Work closely with the Client Services team to evaluate and improve email & SMS communications within our CRM.
• Copywriting for all marketing materials, assets, and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
