As a key member of the L&D Team, this role will deliver key intern development programs throughout the Americas, primarily in the US and Canada. This will involve implementing and executing existing early career programs and may uncover new development needs to ensure programs meet business needs and stay future-ready.
Key Stakeholders: Global L&D and Early Careers team, Talent Acquisition, People Experience Partners, HR Operations, Business Leaders, and Interns.
Key Accountabilities
Program Development & Execution
- Leads the end-to-end execution of learning needs, delivery and adoption of early career programs across all business lines
- Conducts learning needs analyses with business stakeholders across all business lines and shares unique needs with the TA & LD team to identify true performance needs.
- Delivers development programs for all intern managers to increase leadership effectiveness and conversion.
Instructional Design, Facilitation & Execution
- Leverages global L&D content and tailors to suite early career professionals.
- Facilitates in-person & virtual training with an application of adult learning theories, client’s brand/learning standards and contemporary approaches to deliver a fantastic employee experience.
- Manages all learning operations around scheduling, registrations, enrolment and attendance of learning
- Tracks/reports out on quality and activity of all Early Career programs by leveraging MyLearning, Avature, Workday, event surveys and listening sessions to gather performance metrics and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations
- Manages all event logistics around travel, training materials, technology needs, room bookings/setup and/or food and beverage.
Marketing & Communications
- Creates marketing and communication assets for intern managers and interns. This can include topics like recognition, social media tiles, email templates, virtual backgrounds, videos, communication toolkits, etc.
- Designs and writes email/newsletter content around Manager Readiness, intern keep-warm and the national intern program.
- Partners with Recruitment Marketing and Internal Communications team to ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand standards.
- Works with providers around intern swag selection, order processing, fulfillment and invoicing.
- Maintains and updates Americas Early Career Sharepoint site, Teams channels, and Intern Class of 2024 LinkedIn Private Group as the primary content owner
Other – Stakeholder Management
- Scans the business environment to articulate compelling stories for EC programs centered around business needs, impact, successes and challenges.
- Works with the business to engage, excite and motivate learners to learn and embed these new skills in their work.
- Works in close partnership with global L&D and Early Careers team to ensure programs and content are in alignment with global strategies

The intern curriculum is already created. This individual will not need to create this from scratch. If they do need to adjust the curriculum, there are templates and pre-created work that this person can leverage.
Responsibilities
The contractor we hire will be responsible for delivering this program, which includes monitoring the plans and ensuring tasks are completed. Their responsibilities will include:
- Delivering training sessions
- Setting up training sessions
- Tracking attendance and capturing feedback to improve future programs for both internal and management purposes
- Tweaking training sessions based on their notes and making slight adjustments as needed
- Designing and facilitating adult learning sessions, focusing more on workshops rather than lectures
- Additionally, this person will manage communication campaigns, ensuring awareness of events and attendance. They will handle pre- and post-event communications and join the group if necessary.
We are looking for someone with experience in managing programs and projects who can follow a plan but also has the ability to course-correct and make amendments as needed. Experience in designing and facilitating training sessions is essential.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Looking for someone to join the org and lead the interns through this curriculum from June - August. Experience
Knowledge of Workday is a significant plus; any LMS experience is beneficial.
Interns Program Overview
Focused on the US market with around 350 interns from June to August.
Smaller number of interns in Canada, managed by HR leaders and the program manager.
Pre-Hire Experience And Keep Warm Sessions
Monthly "keep warm" sessions to engage interns before they start.
Learning Curriculum And Manager Support
Deliver soft skills programs and manager sessions.
Interns work with managers and participate in group learning sessions.
Project Plan Execution
Execute the existing project plan, monitor tasks, deliver training, and capture feedback.
Training Session Customization
Flexibility to tweak training sessions to meet objectives.
Communications Campaign
Experience in learning design and facilitation is essential.
Develop and execute a communications campaign for learning events.

Interact with talent acquisition teams, HR leaders, HR operations, business leaders, and the global early careers team.

Two-stage panel interview: first with the program manager and an L&D colleague, second with the TA team.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
