Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing and CRM Coordinator will support the execution of the firm’s marketing strategy while also owning the day-to-day administration of our HubSpot CRM. This is a hybrid role that blends creative campaign coordination with hands-on CRM management, making it ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, tech-savvy and always up for learning.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support a busy department. This individual will be a critical part of the Marketing team’s ability to drive brand awareness, enable sales, and improve operational efficiency across campaigns, communications, and more.

- A Competitive Salary Range: $62,000 - $72,000
- Base salary may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.

Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
- Support the department in executing the marketing plan and tracking key initiatives and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain website and social media content to promote the SDI brand and our core solutions.
- Proactively manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube) to grow engagement and audience.
- Assist in organizing webinars, tradeshows, conferences, and events.
- Coordinate promotional materials, collateral, marketing giveaways, and booth logistics.
- Manage content marketing process from ideation through posting-including owning the firm’s content calendar, blogging schedule, newsletter creation and distribution, and project profile process.
- Draft, edit, collaborate, post and distribute press releases through PRNewswire.
- Maintain and update SDI’s marketing collateral library and corporate templates (e.g., Core presentation deck).
- Provide light video editing for webinar clips, social media posts, and other features.
HubSpot CRM Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
- Manage contact segmentation, lists, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
- Collaborate on email campaign creation, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure alignment with marketing and sales goals.
- Set up tracking systems and provide reports and insights on campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Support marketing automation efforts to streamline lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing.
- Work assigned marketing tickets related to HubSpot functionality, campaign setup, and CRM requests.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of general marketing experience, ideally in B2B or professional services.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and/or CRM tools (certification preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere Pro or Rush a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Social media management experience across platforms (including ideation, scheduling, monitoring).
- Light video editing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with PR distribution platforms (e.g., PRNewswire, Cision).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
