JustinBradley’s client, a leading source of mortgage financing, is seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Solutions Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in business intelligence tools, data visualization, and analytics in a large-scale environment, with a specific focus on AWS platforms. This role requires expertise in tools such as Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, and other BI technologies, along with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and assess use cases for business intelligence solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain data visualization solutions using Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, and at least one other BI technology.
- Utilize advanced BI and Data Analytics techniques, including predictive analytics, statistical functions, and machine learning, to provide valuable insights.
- Author clear, concise, and accurate user documentation, including PowerPoint slides, job aids, newsletter articles, blogs, and research reports.
- Develop and present research findings to large audiences and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on BI market trends, ensuring the application of the latest technologies and methodologies.
- Assist in troubleshooting, design reviews, and the optimization of BI tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and consulting, working effectively with both business and technical clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related roles.
- Expertise in BI technologies such as Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools in large-scale environments.
- Proven ability to learn and evaluate new technologies and document findings for publication.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience delivering presentations to large audiences.
- Strong understanding of BI and data visualization techniques.
- Experience in requirements collection, use case assessment, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with data models.
- Ability to apply advanced analysis techniques such as predictive analytics, statistical models, and machine learning.
- Familiarity with AWS BI platforms or related cloud environments is a plus.
- Experience with data governance, compliance, and best practices.
- Strong desire to multi-task and work on multiple projects effectively.
- Ability to write and understand research reports and document team processes.
