Position Overview: This position provides a variety of communications and marketing for the organization, as well as develops and delivers strategies and materials to meet agreed upon company objectives. The primary focus of the People & Culture Communications Coordinator is to support a range of efforts to keep our employees informed, inspired and engaged by creating internal and external communications strategies and campaigns, working in partnership with key stakeholders, and bringing programs and campaigns to successful completion through operational and project excellence.
Language Skills: English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Amount of Travel Involved: 25%
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
- Develop and manage the overall brand strategy and internal and external communications.
- Maintains the social media presence across all digital channels ensuring frequent updates to include events/additional pages as requested from management.
- Design and execute communication materials through a multi-channel approach, both internally and externally. Examples include Company intranet, Company website, email or text campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
- Identify opportunities for external recognition and promotion, as well as provide coaching and creative assistance to team members and business leaders for external and internal presentations.
- Assist with the development of and manage recognition and rewards programs companywide.
- Work with management to strategically implement social media campaigns.
- Create content and publish regular Manna-minutes & Quarterly Digital Company Newsletter.
- Assist with training and development as necessary.
- Ensure Inclusion & Diversity initiatives are communicated and celebrated.
- Leverage data, analytics and insights to ensure all communications campaigns are measured and optimized for top performance.
- Correspond with management to work within budgetary limits.
- Plan ads and promote specific posts on various social media platforms for extended recognition.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital campaigns.
- Creation and publication of materials in line with plans for various departments within the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to create and optimize user experience online.
- Responsible for the mannabev.com content management system and performs content updates.
- Meeting & training preparation as needed
- Liaison between the web hosting company & the web development group on an as needed basis for structural changes or support.
- Prepare communications and policy related materials.
- Responsible for creating employee communications, i.e., email, text, brochures, handbooks, recruiting materials, etc.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Work scheduled shift, weekends, and extended hours as required.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- Assisting with translation of documents, training materials & facilitation.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree - Journalism, Marketing, or Communications major preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5 years’ related experience required.
- Or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
