Job Title: Director of Marketing and Membership Services

Qualifications:
· Associate's degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 2+ years’ experience managing social media for a large brand and/or multiple entities in an agency or corporate setting
· Experience with email marketing software, such as Constant Contact
· Prior experience managing brand content on social media
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
· Familiarity with Association Management/CRM systems, web design tools, and graphic design editing software
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Thorough knowledge of all social media channels, tactics, and best practices; healthcare and HIPAA experience a plus

Marketing/Communications:
· Manage the marketing and sales of advertising, sponsorships, and exhibits related to Association events, publications, directories, and website
· Develop and implement a robust social media plan to promote HCHANJ major events and the Annual Conference
· Create social media content including photos, graphics, and videos; experience creating short-form videos and Reels preferred
· Schedule and track posts and events on agency social media channels
· Assist in the development and production of printed materials, such as event signage, brochures, flyers, and event marketing materials
· Proactively seek opportunities to build and improve positive relationships with colleagues, leaders, and experts; act independently to drive functional strategies forward to advance the agency’s mission, strategic plan, and business goals
· Maintain regular contact with web hosting services, software services, IT consultants, and vendors of supplies and services
Membership:
· Manage member recruitment and retention activities
· Manage the publication, marketing, and distribution of regular member communications and member directories
· Maintain membership records database and design and produce reports
· Develop and administer services and benefits to enhance the value of Alliance membership
· Facilitate member interest groups and engagement as assigned
· Collaborate with the Executive Director on ways to develop and coordinate preferred vendor programs and events.
· Perform other miscellaneous related duties as required
· Manage the weekly member newsletter
· Manage membership committee meeting scheduling, recordings, and transcripts
