Responsibilities
Coordination and Project Management
- Manage podcast interview scheduling and event logistics.
- Serve as the main contact for partners of key events, including relationship building with clients and managing event logistics.
- Oversee and maintain project management tools like Google Drive, Asana, Canva, and YAMM.
- Organize team resources and processes to ensure clarity and efficiency.
Logistics and Implementation
- Coordinate app banner logistics and oversee job and event board maintenance.
- Plan and execute YAMM campaigns for events, marketing efforts, and prospecting.
- Track, organize, and update various data sheets, including polling data, user data, newsletter subscriber data, and more.
Website and Email Management
- Manage and update the website, including events, RSVP forms, pop-ups, and other standard updates.
- Handle newsletter subscriber imports and upload/admin panel event updates.
Customer Service and Correspondence
- Deliver exceptional customer service, managing email correspondence with accuracy and consistency.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure clear action items are documented and implemented.
Research and Optimization
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT for research and process optimization.
- Continuously seek ways to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and streamline operations.
