HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
Engage in ground up communication, supporting strategic initiatives.
You Will
- Provide end to end support for Operations and Digital Product Creation teams. This role will be engaged in ground up communications solutions ranging from newsletter content and email campaign list management to SharePoint updates and executive level strategy work.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and optimizing ways of working.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideally, We’d Like
- 3-5 years’ experience as a communications manager
- Transformation and change management experience.
- Ability to hit the ground running, self-starter, quick mover, high organizational acumen, and executive presence.
- Ability to demonstrate examples of communications strategy and delivery.
- Communication support deliverables experience to include presentations and slides, strategic initiative communications, creative writing, executive comms writing and target audience assessment/tailored messaging.
- A demonstrated track record of building and fostering relationships with teams and stakeholders.
- Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
