As we prepare to scale, we are seeking a forward-thinking Founding AI Engineer to build and implement the robust, scalable, and intelligent systems that power deeply personalized and adaptive wellness solutions.
The Role
As a Founding AI Engineer at Xenios, you will be one of our earliest technical hires, shaping both the high-level architectural decisions and the practical, day-to-day implementation of our platform. You’ll lead efforts in building the infrastructure, AI models, and data pipelines that bring personalized health and wellness experiences to life. Your work will directly influence the product roadmap and technical strategy, ensuring that Xenios consistently delivers engaging, personalized, and transformative solutions.

We’re seeking a technical leader who thrives on innovation, complexity, and impact. Your experience in machine learning, AI-driven personalization, data engineering, and scalable infrastructures will drive our ability to create compelling, next-generation wellness solutions.
Core Technical Skills & Expertise
Programming & Systems Design
Expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go)
Strong background in scalable, high-performance architectures
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
Artificial Intelligence & Personalization
Proficiency in supervised and unsupervised learning methods
Experience developing recommendation systems and personalized user adaptations
Hands-on with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow for model training and deployment
Advanced Media & Experience Generation
Capability in handling high-quality multimedia assets with low-latency rendering
Familiarity with deep learning for interactive or adaptive user interfaces
NLP & Conversational Interfaces
Strong grounding in NLU/NLG techniques
Experience fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT-based architectures) for personalized interactions
Data Engineering & Insights
Experience building robust data pipelines for real-time data ingestion and analytics
Ability to extract actionable insights from complex, varied datasets
Cloud & Scalability
Expertise in deploying AI-driven applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience optimizing computing resources and cost-efficiency at scale
Security & Privacy
Knowledge of data privacy standards and best practices
Awareness of ethical considerations, such as fairness and bias mitigation, in AI applications
Collaboration & Leadership
Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, business)
Clear, concise communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Adaptability and a willingness to iterate quickly based on feedback
