Responsibilities
The role will use in-depth knowledge and experience of International’s parts business and the aftermarket industry to provide analysis and reporting of financial and operational data including:
Industry Analysis
- Partner with third party provider of industry data (MacKay & Co.) to analyze International’s performance vs. the industry
- Publish the Aftermarket Industry Newsletter to compile industry information from multiple sources to an executive level management to raise awareness of the latest industry trends
- Operationalize International’s budget, operative, and strategic plan by linking sales plans to product lines using MacKay data and partnering with International Parts Product, Pricing, and Procurement Management team
- Provide Parts FP&A team with Vehicle in Operation (VIO) analysis data for Operating Plan / Strategic Plan; this includes modeling impact to parts revenue based on units in operation and estimates of spend by age/class/owner and other factors
Analyze Results Vs. Forecast
- Analyze monthly performance results and provide insights for forecast on volume, price & cost movement
- Assist in development of models to analyze impact of product / channel mix for input into financial forecast
- Ad hoc analyses of results
- Design / publish reporting package of KPI’s for Parts management team
- Further develop and support data analytics tools; Includes Power BI models currently built and potentially developing/designing new models with assistance from Data Analytics
- Support BOD / Performance Board material submissions to Corporate FP&A
Business Partnership
- Primary finance business partner to work with Product and Pricing Management team on reporting/analyzing sales/margin data including new product launches
- Collaborate with both wholesale and retail teams to consolidate all business initiatives across Service Solutions into one financial forecast
- Partner with Pricing and Procurement team to provide analysis of net price performance (“NPP”)
- Maintain the Supplier Rebate Promotion (SRP) tracker and partner with Product management to ensure all rebates from suppliers are obtained and processed
- Analyze/report retail customer sales and margins through Fleet Charge transactions
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of finance experience
- 1 year lead experience
OR
- Master’s degree
- At least 3 years of finance experience
- 1 year lead experience
OR
- At least 8 years of finance experience
- 1 year lead experience

- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Strong proficiency in the use of data consolidation and reporting systems such as: Essbase, Hyperion, HFM, and Power BI.
