Coordinator, Celebrity & Influencer
Reports to Sr. Manager Celebrity & Influencer
What You Bring
- Passion: You are invested in the celebrity and influencer culture, with both an understanding of the current culture and a point of view about who is relevant and impactful to Gen Z now and who is next.
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic: You are eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, can easily navigate change and multi task.
- Social media fluency: You are an expert on social platforms and their features including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube and familiar with social media analytics, terms and their meanings.
- Professionalism: You possess a natural ability to interface appropriately with celebrities and their teams, influencers and agencies.
- Optimism, A Positive Attitude, Collaborative Spirit
What You Do
- Administrative: You’re the administrative foundation of the Celebrity & Influencer team. You build and maintain an AE-dedicated media library of all influencer content, contact database, mailer lists etc. and process influencer, editor and celebrity product orders and assist with celebrity & influencer reporting.
- Share Insights: You research & have a pulse on fashion trends, culturally relevant events, entertainment and celebrity news.
- Share our work: You assemble our monthly influencer newsletter & create weekly, monthly and seasonal recaps. Partner with CFT to share influencer-created content to be leveraged across AE channels.
- Partner: Work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising and business strategies to ensure that key product initiatives, events, collaborations, etc. are the foundation for influencer outreach and partnerships. Establish ongoing relationships with influencers who share the same ethos as the American Eagle brand and community. Foster positive collaborative agency relationships.
Qualifications
- At least one year of on-the-job experience (including internships).
- Must be based in NY office

- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
