E-Commerce Manager, the Americas
Overview:The E-Commerce Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the e-commerce channel. This position will focus on all merchandising and digital needs for the North America websites and assist in the expansion of the e-concession business. The E-Commerce Manager will be actively involved in developing online strategies, as well as reporting and analysis to optimize business and performance.
Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Strategy and Growth:
- Lead the growth and development of the e-commerce channel.
- Assist in the growth and management of the e-concession business.
- Collaborate with the Director of E-Commerce to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Participate in SEA and SEO discussions to enhance online visibility and traffic.
Merchandising and Digital Content:
- Oversee all merchandising and digital content for North America websites.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for conversion.
- Coordinate with the Content team to develop engaging newsletter strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, sales, and customer behavior.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Content, IT, and customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Utilize CRM insights to enhance customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with customer service to gain insights on areas of improvement on the customer journey.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 + years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a luxury environment or similar role
- Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility
- Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business.
- Additional language fluency is a plus
- Adheres to company policy and confidentiality
- Proactively contributes to creating a team atmosphere that is professional, flexible and enjoyable

- Strong knowledge of computer systems/programs

In accordance with the New York City Commission on Human Rights and in compliance with the Salary Transparency Law, Christian Louboutin envisions the general compensation range for this position to be $80,000 - $110,000 per YEAR. *This range is NOT inclusive of other forms of compensation or benefits such as commissions, overtime, discretionary bonus, health insurance, retirement savings or paid leaves of absence. Such details will be further communicated during the interview process and/or at the time of an official offer of employment.
