Your Purpose in this Role
We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value

family.
You will play a critical role in the daily operation of our successful Talent & Culture (HR) Department. You will proactively support the team by ensuring the ongoing level of detail required to maintain all administration, recruitment and support positive colleague relations. You will always promote our values and culture, while assisting the Directors and Owners where required and offering support to the rest of the Team where necessary.
Pay
$56,160 - $60,320 Per Year / Hourly
Your Duties And Responsibilities
Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
- Drive and oversee the recruitment and selection process
- Leads employee onboarding and new hire orientation
- Fosters inclusive culture that builds employee value and employment
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent
- Nurture and facilitate a positive working environment
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR department
- Ensure policies, practices and intended outcomes align with the organization
- Assess training needs to help apply & monitor training programs
- Create, maintain, and deliver a monthly newsletter for all employees.
- Oversee and evaluate new hire ad postings and resumes daily.
Marketing
- Communicating a marketing plan for recruiting
- Building brand awareness, including positioning.
- Coordinating marketing projects and company events from beginning to end.
- Managing the website and social media pages daily
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 Year of Recruiting Experience.
- Minimum of 1 Year of experience working in an ATS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of market developments.
- Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
