Job Summary
Are you passionate about supporting educators, families, and students? As a Partner Success Manager at Parent ProTech, you'll be the heart of our partner relationships, helping schools and districts make the most of our tools to support learning at home and in the classroom. We're looking for someone who is excited to work closely with educators, school leaders, families, and other stakeholders to ensure they get the most out of our platform.
Your role is about building strong, lasting partnerships with our school and district partners, guiding them from onboarding to ongoing support, and helping them succeed in their goals. This is a role for someone who is organized, empathetic, and has a knack for teaching and training others, whether it's a classroom of teachers, families within a community, or a small group of administrators.
Key Responsibilities
As a Partner Success Manager, you'll wear many hats. Your main goal is to ensure our partners feel supported, engaged, and excited about the value they’re getting from Parent ProTech. Here's what that looks like in action:
- Onboarding & Training: Help our education partners get up and running quickly by providing personalized onboarding and training on how to use Parent ProTech both at home and in the classroom.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong, positive relationships with school leaders, educators, families, and other stakeholders. You’ll be their go-to person for questions and guidance.
- Support & Problem-Solving: Be a resource for partners when they need help troubleshooting, adopting new features, or understanding best practices. Your goal is to make sure they feel confident using the platform.
- Advocate for Families & Educators: Act as a voice for our partners, sharing feedback and insights from families and educators to our internal teams to help improve the product and better meet their needs.
- Ongoing Support & Growth: Continue to nurture and grow relationships by providing ongoing resources, training, and opportunities for deeper engagement with the platform. You’ll help our partners expand the use of Parent ProTech to benefit more students, families, and educators.
- Promote Renewals & Growth: While this isn’t a traditional sales role, you'll play an important part in encouraging renewals, upsells, and the expansion of Parent ProTech in partner schools and districts.
- Data-Driven Insights: Work with internal teams to gather feedback and data from partners, ensuring that insights are used to improve the overall experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Education: At least 5 years working in K-12 education, whether as a teacher, administrator, or in a support role. Experience in a district or school leadership position is a plus, but we’re really looking for someone who understands the day-to-day challenges educators face.
- Communication Skills: You’re an effective communicator who can connect with people from all backgrounds—whether it's a one-on-one conversation with a teacher or leading a training session for a group of administrators or families. Public speaking experience is a huge plus.
- Organized & Self-Motivated: You know how to juggle multiple tasks, stay on top of deadlines, and keep everything moving forward, even when things get busy.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy finding solutions to challenges and helping others solve problems. You’ll be great at troubleshooting issues and providing actionable guidance to partners.
- Empathy & Passion for Education: You truly care about helping educators succeed and want to see students thrive in an environment that’s supportive, safe, and tech-forward. Your work will directly impact the quality of digital citizenship education in classrooms and online safety in homes across our partner schools.
- Willingness to Learn & Adapt: We understand that not everyone has experience with every tool or platform. What matters most is a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to the needs of our partners.
- Travel: You’ll need to travel to partner schools and districts, so flexibility is key.
Note: We encourage you to apply even if you meet 85% of the qualifications—if you’re excited about the opportunity and have a passion for supporting educators, we’d love to hear from you.
