Principal Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Center Director Data/Administrative Assistant is responsible for execution of all regular transaction processes necessary to maintain operations records and databases extracting, importing, and exporting of data in various database applications.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all regular transaction processes necessary to maintain operations records and databases.
- Create monthly newsletter.
- Ensures all activities of the Center are carefully tracked in STARS system.
- Ensures accurate up to date client records in STARS system.
- Perform extracting, importing, and exporting of data in various database applications.
- Assists Director in metrics and program assessment.
- Assist in implementation, testing, and validating data and software systems.
- Perform data analysis of key problem areas to assist in root cause analysis.
- Research and collect data to assist with program development and analysis.
- Train staff as necessary on data operational activities.
- Perform data reconciliations to identify data anomalies.
- Perform data quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Work hours:
- Full-time; 7-hour day (with half hour unpaid break), 5 days per week.
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a typical community center environment.
Compensation:
- $34,0000 to $36,000 annually, paid hourly
- Eligible for salary increases under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or a similar field
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of desktop publishing (InDesign) and Microsoft office
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
Salary:
$25,000 - $35,000
