Internship Overview

Seek is hiring a PR + Branding Intern for our growing team based in NYC. The person who fills this role will work closely with our founder and marketing team, touching everything from influencer relations to social copy and design. This is a part-time, remote internship, with the opportunity to attend in-person team meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

Daily media monitoring
Media/influencer list building and outreach
TikTok trend monitoring and content creation
Update and maintain PR/influencer tracker
Virtual and in-person event support
Lead research projects (e.g., 2025 speaking + awards calendar)
Support the team with various writing assignments (e.g., pitch drafts, social copy, newsletter content)

Qualifications

A self-starter with a passion or "fire" for making positive change in the world
Creative (loves a good brainstorm!)
TikTok obsessed
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A team player who is motivated, energetic and kind
A love for health and wellness (doesn't have to be mindful drinking - it can be anything from fitness to skincare)
Relevant internship experience (e.g., PR/marketing/communications)
Relevant college major (e.g., PR/marketing/communications)
