customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our sales, administrative, and management teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding:
Streamline company branding, messaging, materials, and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
Create, deliver and edit marketing materials for listings, agent promotions, client engagement & recruiting efforts
Manage and implement cohesive monthly marketing plans for agents
Properly manage and maintain company swag inventory, to include designing & ordering branded materials, organizing storage, and tracking quantities for client gifts & agent use
Digital Presence:
Oversee website design, updates, blog content, SEO strategy, and Google Analytics tracking to keep site current and high-ranking
Plan, write, and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)
Monitor engagement and respond to followers and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Create custom content for each platform, including video scripts, reels, listing features, testimonials, and community spotlights
Email & CRM Marketing:
Manage and design outbound email campaigns including monthly newsletter & targeted seller/buyer drip campaigns
Event Planning & Promotion:
Create, coordinate, and promote client appreciation events, such as the annual block party (300–400+ attendees)
Develop new community events and themed campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement
Source vendors, manage budgets, secure permits/venues, and organize event-day logistics
Promote team & client events via social media
Reporting & Strategy:
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to assess ROI and adjust strategy
Track lead sources, prospect behavior, and marketing trends to ensure growth and relevance
Collaborate with leadership and agents to generate fresh ideas, improve workflows, and stay ahead of market shifts
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
2+ years of experience in Marketing
Video editing experience
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Etc.)
Experience with Canva or Adobe
Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Must have a positive, upbeat attitude
Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
Develops innovative forward design concepts
