Location: In the Tallahassee Florida area
Work is remote: There is no office, however proximity to Executive Director is required.

Ability to work with Executive Director – defer to her and take the lead. Open to growth and learning.
- Lead meetings as necessary.
- Understand and evaluate the budget(s) and help to make operations decisions.

- Interface with Accountant and Bookkeeper to oversee outflow of money, receipts, coding, reporting (actual to budget), eventually growing into managing the budget process.

- Create and oversee systems for team meetings, schedules, routines, responsibilities, etc.
- Oversee Board Meeting logistics: scheduling, agenda, prepare and distribute materials, board meetings minutes
- Managing cycle of correspondence: Newsletters, CoPOST correspondence,
- Facilitate Operations Meetings: team communications, questions, forward progress
