Job Title: E-Commerce Content Manager

Responsibilities:
UI/UX Enhancements:
- Lead UI/UX updates, conduct user experience audits, and work on enhancing the customer journey by improving website navigation and overall usability.
- Ensure that the website is visually appealing and aligns with Maria Pinto’s brand identity, making it easy for users to browse and purchase.
Content & Website Management:
- Manage and maintain all product pages, including updating product descriptions, pricing, and images to ensure they reflect the latest collections and promotions.
- Update website banners and promotional content, ensuring accurate and relevant links direct users to the correct landing pages.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure the content on the website and newsletters is consistent and reflects the brand’s aesthetic.
E-Commerce Operations:
- Oversee the e-commerce platform (Shopify), ensuring functionality, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
- Participate in inventory review meetings to understand product performance and adjust content placement accordingly.
Newsletter & Content Coordination:
- Collaborate with the graphic designer and copywriter to manage newsletter content, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communications.
- Manage content pipelines, including coordinating with different teams and ensuring newsletters reflect ongoing promotions and website updates.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify, with a focus on managing content and optimizing digital shopping experiences.
- Experience in managing website content, updating banners, coordinating promotional content, and ensuring accuracy in all digital communications.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and customer-friendly digital experiences.
- Proven ability to manage content meticulously and ensure consistency in branding and communications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical and content-related issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
