JOB OVERVIEW:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing and implementing innovative social media strategies, and driving marketing efforts to enhance our brand and generate leads. Your role will include filming agent property tours for social media, ensuring that our digital presence, from websites to social media and marketing materials, reflects our brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to deliver cohesive messaging. This fast-paced role offers abundant opportunities for creativity and innovation. Our ideal candidate is full of ideas about how to market luxury properties and ready to share and execute them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage and curate content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting schedules aligned with marketing campaigns, property listings, and industry trends.
- Develop and manage new marketing materials for property listings
- Create, maintain and update multiple property websites
- Coordinate and manage monthly e-blasts and newsletter campaigns
- Create presentations for potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and luxury real estate industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, ideally within the luxury real estate or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, OnlyPult), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Expertise in video content creation and editing.
- Strong creative writing and impeccable grammar skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Skills:
- Expertise in social media strategy and execution
- Familiarity with Miami MLS and its functionalities
- Proficient in managing ad budgets across various platforms
- Experience with WordPress and web management
- Knowledge of the Miami Beach real estate market and luxury lifestyle trends
- Bilingual (preferred)
Job Type:
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-office position located at 1111 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, with occasional fieldwork for filming as needed.
- Salary: Starting at $1,000/week, with potential for negotiation based on experience
