Job Description:
The Marketing Account Executive plans, manages and executes with excellence a wide scope of social media, creative content and special events services for 6PM’s diverse clientele. This position involves producing high-quality, innovative marketing deliverables independently and in collaboration with other 6PM team members. Daily activities are driven by the dynamic goals and objectives of the agency’s clients.
The Marketing Account Executive will work directly with and in support of clients in various industries including, but not limited to, hospitality, food & beverage, commercial retail, nonprofit organizations and the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:
The Marketing Account Executive will support the agency’s client services team and will require daily multitasking to ensure the success of its diverse clients. Duties will include social media, advertising, marketing, special events and activations, reports, writing and editing, strategy, and photography and videography for social media posting.
- Imagine, develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns in various channels and platforms
- Strategic delivery of social media content (gathering and creation) on behalf of clients (including clients on the neighbor islands)
- Manage select social media accounts, including content calendar, organic and advertising strategies, content creation reviews/approval and scheduling
- Strategy and account management for a wide variety of social media & digital marketing platforms. (Includes TikTok ads, LinkedIn, and more)
- Execute strategic social media and Google ad campaigns to support client goals and objectives
- Create social media reports to effectively communicate results to clients
- Analyze client reports and metrics to identify the most effective strategies and tools
- Contribute to engaging organic social media campaigns that result in brand growth, high levels of engagement, referrals, and social buzz
- Conceptualize and work on campaigns to increase social media followers and engagement
- Development of social media posts featuring video content, using best practices
- Work on maintaining a voice for each client through social media communications and engagement
- Plan and execute photography and videography for social media posts
- Assist with coordination of professional photography and videography, as needed
- Remain up-to-date and current in social media tools, trends and analytics
- Oversee client website content, continually seek and implement content updates, and develop strategies for growth and improved metrics
- Deliver client services: schedule meetings and develop agendas, create effective client presentations, participate in presentations and other identified deliverables
- In collaboration with 6PM staff and management and client representatives, imagine, plan and execute projects and events, which include components of On-Premise and/or Off-Premise activations.
- Provide guidance and management on all projects from inception to execution, which includes, but is not limited to, On-Premise and/or Off-Premise activations.
- Supervise and mentor 6PM Brand Ambassadors
- Provide a broad spectrum of event and activation support (includes nights and weekends)
- Provide event and activation coverage on social media (includes nights and weekends)
- Manage tenant relations: make regular/frequent contact (on-site visits and phone calls), produce tenant reports, write tenant memos, and acquire photo and video content for select clients. Travel to neighbor islands may be required
- Manage and execute e-newsletter production for select clients
- Together with other team members, develop strategies and best practices on an ongoing basis
- Actively participate in ongoing meetings and training sessions to maintain quality work for our clients
- Provide email marketing support (Mailchimp)
- Provide Online Reputation Management (ORM) support for platforms including:
- Yelp
- Tripadvisor
- Expedia
- Revinate
- Medallia
- Google Reviews
- Booking.com
- Other review platforms
Communication:
- Possess and exercise exceptional communication skills, including reading, writing and verbal
- Develop and maintain highly effective communication with all levels of team members, clients, vendors and other stakeholders
- Ensure internal and external communication is clear, concise and timely
- Execute all duties at quality levels, in a timely manner, to consistently exceed client expectations

- Advanced proficiency in photography and videography, suitable for marketing use
- Strong proficiency in writing in many different styles (business correspondence, reports, marketing and social media)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Suite software
- Able to multitask, effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Apple iOS proficiency

Experience/Educational Requirements:
- A four-year college degree in Journalism (Print/Broadcast), Marketing (Advertising), or Communications (Public Relations) is required.
- Three to four (3 - 4) years of marketing experience is required.
- A positive attitude is required.

Weekly Schedule: The Marketing Account Executive will report to the office Tuesday through Friday and work in the field and/or from home on Saturday and off on Sunday and Monday.
