Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Venture Capital Intern to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in sourcing new investment opportunities and curating content for our influential newsletter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify promising startups and emerging trends in the tech industry.
- Assist in the initial screening and due diligence process for potential investments.
- Collaborate with the investment team to prepare reports and investment recommendations.
- Develop content for and help manage the distribution of our bi-weekly newsletter.
- Engage with startup founders and attend industry events to build relationships and gather insights.
- Support the team in organizing and hosting events that connect investors and startups.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in venture capital, startups, and entrepreneurship.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
