Enabling growth of students in the school (and in sister school) by overseeing and implementing MAC actions. Building and maintaining school community and ensuring adequate strategies to make the school known and attract and admit families into the school.
Engaging proactively with all stakeholders to share the learning and incredible cultures at the schools to bring in more families and students and retain those already enrolled
Enabling growth of students by implementing an admissions, retention and school experience that reflects the excellence and personalized nature of BISC. This includes:
· Driving awareness- making the school more present and making communities aware of its value.
· Driving prospective parents to visit the school to demonstrate an aspirational experience the first time a prospective parent comes onto the campus.
· Presenting the premium education provided to the students and families through professional communication and marketing strategies.
· Driving and demonstrating the high performing, optimistic, caring culture at the school.
· Ensuring success of growth of both campuses, liaising with MAC team at the other campus to support, collaborate and succeed in shared goals.
Establishing a culture where recruitment and retention is everyone’s responsibility.
Responsibilities
· Prepare materials for admissions tours and events.
· Answer the main admissions line and answer questions from prospective and current families.
· Support the Assistant Director of Marketing, Admissions, and Communications with scheduling and main admissions calendar management.
· Support Marketing & Communications Manager in collecting and organizing photos and video of school events and activities and ensuring any MAC event support is available.
· Event management – liaise with various departments in school to schedule, order catering, nametags, swag, facilities requests and any other event prep needed.
· Primary liaison with spirit wear and uniform vendors.
· Order, organize MAC swag, manage inventory.
· Follow up on admissions leads from variety of sources – support with follow up for missing documents, appointment scheduling.
· Follow up on missing enrollment contracts from new and returning families – supporting the Assistant Director of Marketing, Admissions, and Communications
· Represent the school at public events, on and off campus, and maintain BISC’s good standing in relevant professional organizations.
· In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, Admissions, and Communications - Coordinate network of volunteer parent admissions ambassadors i.e., surveying, training materials, scheduling. Monitor effectiveness and areas for improvement to enhance the parent journey.
· In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, Admissions, and Communications – help support the class parents/Parent Links and other parent volunteer groups through the year (library, International Day, annual parent socials etc.)
· Ensure all parent facing events are on the weekly parent calendar published in the newsletter.
· Ensure all MAC events are on the whole school calendar, so all staff are aware of tours, visits, meetings.
· Drive and maintain positive culture on campus.
Support front desk staff with MAC procedures and expectations as needed.
Qualifications
· Hospitality or sales experience/customer service training
· Comfortable working in a people facing role
· Proficient with technology
· Ability to attend occasional weekend and evening events.
· Experience working in a setting with children and/or young adults
· Event management experience
· Admissions or sales experience
