Role Overview:
Courtelane is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Strategist Co-founder Investor with Minimum 75k investment to join our team. This individual will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media, and content creation, with a keen understanding of the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Marketing:
Platforms: Focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to reach a broad audience.
Content: Develop and post regular content showcasing new collections, behind-the-scenes looks at the design process, and user-generated content.
Influencers: Partner with fashion influencers and athletes to promote the brand.
Engagement: Interact with followers through comments, stories, and live sessions to build a community.
2. Digital Advertising:
PPC Campaigns: Use Google Ads and social media ads to target specific demographics and drive traffic to the website.
Retargeting: Implement retargeting ads to reach potential customers who have visited the website but haven’t made a purchase.
3. Content Marketing:
Blog: Create a blog on the website featuring articles on fashion trends, styling tips, and the benefits of the brand’s apparel.
Videos: Produce video content such as styling guides, customer testimonials, and product features.
4. Email Marketing:
Newsletter: Send regular newsletters to subscribers with updates on new arrivals, exclusive offers, and fashion tips.
Segmentation: Segment the email list based on customer behavior and preferences to deliver personalized content.
5. Collaborations and Partnerships:
Brand Collaborations: Partner with other fashion or lifestyle brands for co-branded collections or joint marketing campaigns.
Events: Host or sponsor events such as fashion shows, pop-up shops, or sports events to increase visibility.
6. Influencer and Ambassador Programs:
Ambassadors: Recruit brand ambassadors who resonate with the target audience to represent and promote the brand.

7. SEO and Website Optimization:
SEO: Optimize the website for search engines to increase organic traffic. Focus on keywords related to fashion, sportswear, and the brand.
User Experience: Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, easy to navigate, and offers a seamless shopping experience.
8. Customer Loyalty Programs:
Rewards: Implement a loyalty program that rewards customers for repeat purchases, referrals, and social media engagement.
Exclusive Access: Offer members early access to new collections and special discounts.
9. Public Relations:
Press Releases: Distribute press releases for new product launches, collaborations, and significant milestones.
Media Coverage: Seek coverage in fashion magazines, blogs, and online publications.
10. Community Engagement:
Social Responsibility: Participate in or support social causes that align with the brand values to create a positive brand image.
Local Engagement: Engage with local communities through sponsorships, donations, or partnerships with local businesses.
Qualifications:
· Investment Qualification : Minimum 75k investment done before in Retail Fashion projects. Entry point of discussion is $75k investment at the minimum. It could be potentially an investor, social media influencer or Marketing Agencies with above proven expertise.
· Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion industry.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and SEO.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
· Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
· Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current trends.
