Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead and integrate our marketing operations and project management. This role will be pivotal in leveraging analytics to drive business decisions and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with certified expertise in Google Analytics and a thorough understanding of major digital marketing platforms. The successful candidate will be on the leadership team, steering our business expansion and success in the Arizona and future outside markets. We are a solid group of execution experts in our fields, moving at a high speed and want someone who likes to move fast and be challenged.
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and oversee marketing strategies and projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison for marketing agencies and partners, fostering strong relationships and efficient collaboration.
- Analyze marketing metrics and operational data to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and robust ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Regularly present insights and strategic plans to the CEO to drive business growth.
- In addition to Google Analytic and Meta Manager responsibilities, general social media, email and print segment management are key responsibilities in this role.
Social Media:
- Review and authorize content produced by the marketing agencies monthly.
- Arrange and facilitate meetings to strategize social media campaigns and paid social media efforts.
- Gather any required content in collaboration with the marketing agencies.
- Supervise Social accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Nextdoor, TikTok, YouTube, and Google), posting content as necessary.
- Create pre-approve engagement responses for the marketing agencies.
- Coordinate monthly on-site photo/video shoots facilitated by marketing agencies at various clinics for content creation purposes.
Email:
- Gather, categorize, segment, and send email reports to partners.
- Drive email campaign growth and oversee email newsletter creation by marketing agencies
- Supervise and review scheduled (bi-weekly) email campaigns in collaboration with the marketing agencies.
Print:
- Identify and develop impactful publication marketing materials for print advertisements and media feature articles.
- Produce and distribute updated marketing flyers to partners
- Procure promotional and internal branding materials as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification in Google Analytics 4 required
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, including proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other major platforms.
- Proven track record in operations management with a strong focus on marketing and data analytics.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the veterinary industry and market dynamics or similar service style business is desirable.
- Experience with website wireframing, landing page design and execution and CRO desirable.
- Experience with Zapier or other online application connection tools desired.
- Must be able to travel to the Phoenix, Arizona area 4-6 times per year.
- Arizona based applicants will be given priority
