Role Overview:
This role is dedicated to being the ghostwriter and digital presence manager for Milan Kordestani. You'll be instrumental in shaping Milan's online persona, engaging with his community, and creating compelling content. This is a multifaceted role that requires a keen interest in philosophy, sci-fi, anthropology, technology, startup culture, and entrepreneurship. An avid reader who enjoys diving deep into research and exploring content across various platforms will thrive here.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Community Management:
- Ghostwriting: Craft engaging content in Milan's voice, including responding to comments and DMs as Milan.
- Fan Outreach: Engage with fans, convert them to our Discord server or email newsletter, and nurture community growth on LinkedIn, Threads, and possibly X.
- Email Newsletters: Assist in drafting and sending out newsletters.
- Content Creation: Write Instagram captions, YouTube descriptions, and schedule/upload content across platforms.
- Content Research & Writing: Dedicate 25% of your time to researching and writing new, engaging content for Milan.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure content quality, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms.
Community Engagement:
- Audience Interaction: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with Milan's audience to foster a vibrant community.
- Outreach Initiatives: Proactively reach out to fans, encouraging them to join our Discord server or subscribe to our email newsletter.
- Platform Growth: Develop and maintain a strong community presence on LinkedIn, Threads, and potentially X.
Content Scheduling:
- Optimal Posting Times: Be prepared to post content during peak engagement times, even if it means occasional weekend work.
- Content Management: Schedule and upload posts, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
Collaborative Environment:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team, embracing a collaborative approach to all tasks.
- Versatile Role: Be adaptable and willing to take on various tasks as the role evolves.
