We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as the Assistant to the CEO. This role is a dynamic and exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their career and being able to say two days are never the same. You will be working closely with our CEO and have a birds eye view of all her initiatives. This is an in person role with remote flexibility available on occasion.
About this role:
- Work directly with CEO to organize and manage day to day initiatives, as well as plan for long term projects
- CEO Inbox and calendar management
- Facilitate personal tasks, appointments, errands, and gifting
- Act as a point of contact between professional and personal relationships, and internal/external clients and vendors
- Organize and maximize calendars and travel by booking engagements, flights, meetings, etc.
- Facilitate CEO’s ability to stay on-point, on-time, and at peak operating efficiency
- Manage staff and vendors, including coordinating regular maintenance appointments, facilitating payments, and following through on any next steps from the appointment
- Handle a variety of ad hoc requests and projects from CEO
- Travel with CEO as needed for work related trips
About You:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a personal/executive assistant or similar role
- Expert organizational skills with the ability to think strategically in high-pressure situations
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs and issues before they arise
- Ability to navigate through unknown situations with ease and grace
- Operate with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Brings a positive attitude to any interaction, big or small
- Animal lovers are a plus!
